The Journey From Ranch to Plate workshop spotlights regenerative ranching, beef butchery, and guidance on how consumers can join the thoughtfully raised meat movement. There will also be a culinary gathering to round out the afternoon featuring locally sourced wine, beer, and an assortment of bites from some of the Bay Area’s most celebrated purveyors.

Guests will walk away from The Journey from Ranch to Plate workshop with fresh insights from experts, appreciation for the mastery it takes to raise and butcher livestock, and high-quality materials to guide them with meat procurement and preparation guidelines to integrate into their daily lives. Moreover, our dynamic speakers (Katie Flannery, Rizpah Bellard, and Anica Wu) will touch on their experiences in the male-dominated fields of butchery and ranching. This event is a fundraiser for the Pine Cone Foundation and all proceeds will go towards their 2024 Micro-Grant Program Winners who will be selected later this year.
